Art Swanson is the most senior Lightner staff member.  Having worked with the Lightner’s for over 20 years, he is a valued and essential team member.  As part of the celebration of his 20th Anniversary, Art became one of the limited partners in a number of the Lightner owned properties.

Cathleen Crilly Higgins, PHR is our Director of Administration and joined Lightner Property Group in 2007.  Cathleen has over a decade of experience in real estate marketing and sales in the Seattle area. She holds a degree in English from Chico State and a Certificate in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Seattle, as well as being a California licensed real estate salesperson. She has a designation in Professional Human Resources. In her spare time Cathleen enjoys supporting the underdog and is a bonafide fresh air junkie. She also enjoys going to college bowl games with her hubby (Go Dawgs!) and is a Greenbay Packers addict.

Jason Swanson is the Operations Assistant. Jason worked for Lightner Property Group during his high school and college years on a temporary basis. He graduated from San Francisco State in 2008. Once out of school, he joined the Lightner team full-time in 2008, where he brings his vast experience, specifically with Lightner, along with lots of enthusiasm for all there is to learn. He is now focused on the development of his career in the property management industry and is working towards obtaining he real estate license in 2010. When he is off the clock, he LOVES to cook and gets lost in his Sudoko puzzles.

Sonja Martin is our Receptionist/Administrator. She has a wealth of customer service and runs as a member of the Team in Training for the annual Bay Area Leukemia Marathon.

Jessica Clifford is our Accountant and joined LPG in 2009. Though she holds a degree in English, she has vast experience in accounting through assisting her father in running his contractor business. Jessica is a native Bay-Arean who loves spending any free moment doing creative writing and reading modern literature.
