Lightner Property Group Resident Managers
Lightner Property Group is committed to the training and education of its team members. As part of that commitment, resident managers at Lightner Property Group are required to hold a valid California Real Estate license or the Resident Manager certification from the California Apartment Association (CAA) or an equivalent designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, resident managers are required to complete the San Francisco Neighborhood Response Training (NERT) program within approximately 12 months of their employment. All designations must be maintained during their employment as resident manager team members. Finally, all staff members who are involved in the showing or marketing of apartment units are required to complete an annual Fair Housing training or education course.
