Lightner Property Group's Resident Managers undergo specific course requirements to ensure they understand the complexities of the San Francisco rental market. Each Resident Manager is required to participate in California Certified Resident Management courses taught by both the California and San Francisco Apartment Associations.

As well as serving as Chief of Operations for Lightner Group, Art is also the on-site Resident Manager for 1635 Gough. He has been taking care of residents at Gough Street since 1987.
Paul Watts started as the 2341 Chestnut Manager in 2016. Paul has a wealth of experience in property management, as a multi-family property owner and as CEO of a ServePro franchise. Paul enjoys hiking with his brother, spending time with his kids, and everything San Francisco has to offer.
Greg and Wendy Chisholm grace 1472 Filbert Street as the on-site Resident Manager team. Greg's "day job" is as a pastor while Wendy works with youth in her community. Both enjoy the outdoors; Greg can be found bicycling all over town whenever possible.
Zach and Meghan Thwaits have been on-site Resident Managers for 140-20th since 2012. Meghan is a registered Nurse and Zach works with Greg Chisholm. Both bring a high level of customer service to the 20th Avenue residents.
