Merrie served as a Commissioner on the Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board from 1993 - 2004. With 12 years experience as a landlord representative she understands San Francisco’s complex rent control regulations. She was President of the San Francisco Apartment Association from 1995-1997 and President of the California Apartment Association in 1999. Merrie has held numerous Board positions in the last 20 years.
