NOTICE OF RIGHT TO RECLAIM ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY
(Value of Personal Property Believed to Be Less than $300)
To: UNKNOWN AND UNIDENTIFIED PERSONS WHO IN THE PAST RESIDED AT 2420 STEINER STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

The former tenants and/or occupants of a building commonly known as 2420 STEINER STREET (hereinafter the “Building”), in the City and County of San Francisco, CA with a unit number of UNKNOWN (hereinafter the “Unknown Unit Premises”).
 
When you vacated or abandoned the Unknown Unit Premises, the following personal property remained at the Unknown Unit Premises and/or the Storage lockers for the Building (see description below).

Unless you pay the reasonable cost of storage for all of the below described personal property and take possession of the property which you claim, not later than eighteen (18) days after this Notice is posted on the Property and on the Internet at the web site of Lightner Property Group (LightnerGroup.com) and Craig’s List (CraigsList.org), this personal property will be permanently and irrevocably disposed of pursuant to Civil Code Section 1988.

Because this property is believed to have a value of less than $300, it will be disposed of or destroyed without further notice if you fail to reclaim it within the time indicated below.

Date of Expiration of this Notice: April 22, 2008

You may claim the property by contacting the offices of Lightner Property Group at 612 Howard Street, Suite 390, San Francisco, CA 94105, (415) 267-2900 or by facsimile at (415) 267-2905. You may speak with any staff member who will assist you in making arrangements to collect the personal property which is currently located at 2420 STEINER STREET, in the City and County of San Francisco, CA. Any person so claiming the property will be required to prove their prior occupancy at the Building and describe the property in further detail to validate their claim of ownership.

The Abandoned Personal Property is described as Follows:
Personal and household items left in storage locker at unspecified time.
