Our Commitment to Fair Housing
Lightner Property Group and its affiliates and clients are pledged to the letter and spirit of the United States policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunities throughout the country. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing for any reason, including race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
Rental Policies may be changed, modified or withdrawn without advance notice to residents or prospective residents and may not be in effect at all of the properties managed by Lightner Property Group. Our policies are not legally binding on Lightner Property Group, its affiliates, clients or the property ownership and are not intended to supersede or modify any lease agreement, contract or other binding agreement. Residents or interested parties should check with the main office or the on-site manager, if the building has one has one, to confirm what policy is currently in place at the property in question. WARNING: Policies may differ from building to building and owner to owner.
