Expert Witness and Expert Consulting Fees 
Expert witness and expert consulting services are billed on an hourly basis with prices ranging from $200 to $600 per hour in accordance with the schedule below. All expert witness billing rates are subject to negotiation.
If your law firm is interested in retaining Lightner Property Group for multiple cases, retainer fee agreements can be negotiated. Firms with retainer agreements with Lightner Property Group have access to experts at a discounted hourly rates, in addition to the ability to speak with experts at no additional cost for case evaluation. Monthly retainer fees range from $200 to $1000 per month and hourly fee discount savings can be up to half of the routine hourly fee.

Deposit of $200 per day required when guaranteed time period must be set aside for deposition or trial. Otherwise time is set aside on first come basis. Minimum deposition\testimony time of 2 hours is billed unless cancellation is received 1 week in advance. |

Deposition and trial dates are subject to minimums. All third party expenses are passed through to the client with the addition of a 15% service charge, with a $10 minimum.
