Lightner Property Group is a subchapter S corporation, fully licensed to do business in the State of California. Lightner Property Group holds a current and valid real estate license. The corporation also holds a current and valid business license from the City and County of San Francisco.

Lightner Property Group and LightnerGroup.com are protected by copyright law. Our Terms and Conditions shall govern the use of this web site and all material and content generated and published by Lightner Property Group and distributed through its web site LightnerGroup.com.  Lightner Property Group is the sole owner of LightnerGroup.com and all content, information, text, digital images, design or graphics displayed therein, except those that are licensed for its use.  In addition, the design of our site including the color and layout, and all other graphical elements are also deemed to be copyrighted. Software

Lightner Property Group uses Microsoft Office XP or 2010 for its word processing, spreadsheet and presentation work. Under some circumstances, prior versions of Office may be unable to properly open and read the 2007 file format. If you have problems reading a Word, Excel or Powerpoint file created by Lightner Property Group and are not running Office 2007, we recommend you install the available Microsoft software patch that will update your Office programs.
