Have a question? We have the answer. If you have a question about your tenancy, the odds are it can be answered using our automated email 24 x 7 response system. FAQs can be answered using our automated e-mail or by visiting the appropriate section in our web site.
To use our automated e-mail system, send an e-mail to the address listed below that best describes your problem or matches your question. (Always place the words to the left of the @ sign in the subject line of your e-mail. For example, if you are sending an e-mail to JTS@lightnergroup.com, place Fix It in the subject line.)
If you have a question not answered by one of our auto responders below, call the office during regular business hours at (415) 267-2900 and let us know.
Information for Lightner Property Group Residents

- FastRefund@lightnergroup.com – Request an expedited security deposit refund.
- JTS@lightnergroup.com – Give your 60 daynotice to vacate. (LPG residents are generally required to provide 60 days notice of their intent to vacate, unless they have a very old lease dated before 1990. It is important to check your lease if you are considering vacating your apartment unit.)
