not have the time to properly document our routine policies, practices and procedures
because we are too busy running our businesses. Lightner Property Group can help

We are pleased to introduce our fully customizable ala-carte LPG procedures and
policies designed for the property manager and owner. Each policy stands alone and
provides a ready made policy that can be accepted as is, or edited to mirror an existing
in-house policy. You choose which policies you want or need. Use them all, or just a few
to fill out missing company policies.
In addition, these policies are ready to accept your company logo and company name,
or you may use them as-is. You choose the version to be downloaded. Custom
editable versions and non-customizable versions available. Purchase any 12 policies
and the 13th is free during their introduction in 2005!
