The Process:
We are pleased to offer 4 of our essential lease products at discounted pricing to members of
organizations with whom we have a service agreement. Not only do members receive these
forms at discounted prices, but Lightner Property Group makes a donation to the Member
organization. Currently we have agreements with the following organizations:
Note: Our discounted forms are protected by Digital Rights Management software called
PINION. To access our protected forms follow the following simple steps:
Step 1: Purchase your selected form. At the time of purchase, you will download a PDF of
instructions for the Pinion Protected form. You will NOT download protected forms at this time.
Step 2: Download the most recent version of Pinion Reader (currently version 4.0) on to your
PC computer. The Pinion Reader is available from the http:\\www.PinionSoftware.com website
at NO CHARGE.
Step 3: Install the Pinion Reader onto your PC computer.
Step 4: When the Pinion WORD file is emailed to you, click on the form AFTER you have
installed the Pinion Reader. The Reader will unlock your new WORD document. No
passwords are needed.
Step 5: Open the WORD file, using WORD or the free WORD Reader, and complete the
form on screen and print it when you are ready. NOTE: The form is limited in the amount of
time you have to work with it. You will have 90 minutes to complete your lease. Shorter forms
provide less time. Do not leave the form open unattended.
The result, a complete custom document with your personalized information.
