	Generic hazardous materials warning notice for buildings built prior to 1978. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only all inclusive HazComm Warning designed for residential housing and it works! Make sure you disclose all potential issues to your residents! This form specifically discusses cleaning materials and supplies, lead-based paint hazards, lead-pipes, asbestos, pest control, mold, second-hand smoke and car emissions and military ordnance sites.
